Accepting these terms
By creating an account, joining a competition, or using ProClubs World, you agree to these terms and to any competition-specific rules that apply to your activity. If you use the service for a team, league, partner, or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
Accounts and access
Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or restrict access to protect members, competitions, or the service.
Community conduct
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, impersonate a person or organisation, submit unlawful or infringing material, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate competition results, or use automation that harms the service or other members.
Competitions and community content
Competition organisers may publish additional rules, eligibility criteria, schedules, penalties, and decisions. Those rules apply alongside these terms. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information, results, team details, and content you submit. We may remove or limit content that breaches these terms or puts the community at risk.
EA match evidence and review
EA statistics and current virtual pro profile values can be incomplete or delayed. An incomplete match, a DNF indicator or a possible height-rule mismatch may require an organiser to review the result under the competition rules. A current height observation does not prove which build was used in a past match. These checks do not automatically award a draw or impose a penalty. Contact the competition organiser or support if you believe recorded information needs correction.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit, but give ProClubs World a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute it as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. Only submit content you have the right to share.
Our content and brand
The ProClubs World name, branding, software, layout, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service or its content without permission, except where the law allows it.
Availability and third parties
We work to keep the service available, but it may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features that rely on third parties, including Discord, EA services, or payment providers, can be affected by their availability and rules. ProClubs World is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with Electronic Arts or Discord.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ProClubs World does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that community or competition content is complete or accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Closing and recovering a club
Leaving as the last member of a club you own disbands it and frees your club slot. Deleting a club also closes it. Club recovery data is kept for 90 days. Closure ends your ownership and does not reserve the club for you. During that period, you may contact support to request recovery, subject to account availability, club limits, applicable restrictions and whether the club has been assigned to another owner. Recovery does not reinstate invitations or automatic sessions. Played competition results remain available; closing a club does not remove competition obligations or decisions.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using ProClubs World at any time. We may suspend or end access where necessary for security, legal compliance, competition integrity, or a material breach of these terms. We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a revised effective date.

Competition bans and review
A tournament or league host may prevent a club team, including a new club team controlled by the same owner, from registering for that host's competition. A host can choose to apply ban records from other hosts and can allow a particular team despite a source record. Bans record a reason and optional expiry. Contact the relevant competition organiser or support if you believe a ban record needs review.
Match result reports
Result reports and their proof must reflect the match that was played. When both teams report the same score with proof, the result can become final after the season's complaint window, unless a team complains in that time. In seasons and tournaments where the home team reports the result, the other team can agree or mark it as wrong within the season's answer window; if it does neither, the home team's report can become final when that window ends. League staff may review, correct or reject reports, and deliberately false reports or altered proof may be handled under the competition rules.
Transfer Market listings
Transfer Market listings are public, including to visitors without an account. Keep your listing accurate and current, and archive it when you are no longer looking. Saved search alerts are a convenience: they can be delayed or missed, and a listing can change or close before you act on it.
